At 5:30 pm, there were some scattered showers across the Tennessee Valley, mostly from Huntsville westward to near Florence.
In West Central Alabama, there was a short north-south line of moderate to heavy showers from the west edge of Bbb County down through West Perry County.
Everything moving almost due south.
