Plenty of moisture, the addition of day time heating, good low level wind shear and an approaching upper disturbance will help to produce severe storms with possible tornadoes in the watch area.
Looking at the probabilities on the graphic, you can see that the chances of strong tornadoes are low, but the probability of tornadoes overall is moderate within this watch.
