That line of heavy showers and thunderstorms continues moving NE across East Alabama.
At 4:50, the line of storms extended from near Leeds eastward to about Anniston and Heflin.
When the storms came through Helena. Jason said it was raining “cats and dogs” and Sheila reported a “gullywasher” in Chelsea!
Actually, the western tip of the line of storms in in Extreme East Jefferson County. We are getting moderate to heavy rain in NE Trussville–big drops!
Does anyone know what happened to the drought?
The storms are not severe by the usual definition, but they are bothersome.
