Storms are over East Alabama, about to move into Georgia tonight. They are very heavy over Cleburne and Randolph Counties, from Heflin to Wedowee and down to Roanoke and Wadley.
Heavy showers are over northwestern Jefferson County, from Brookside and Cardiff to Graysville, Linns Crossing and Sayre. They are moving east toward Gardendale and growing in intensity a bit. They will affect Center Point, Chalkville and the northern part of Trussville. Look for some lightning to form out of this activity soon.
With the exit of the East Alabama storms, things should calm down for the night.
