Thunderstorms seem to be coalescing into a few areas of concentration over the northern half of the state this afternoon.

Heavy storms have developed across Tuscloosa and Hale Counties from the City of Tuscaloosa down to north of Greensboro.

Others are over southern Talladega and western Clay Counties southeast of Talladega and west of Ashland. The storms extend over into northern Randolph and southern Cleburne Counties.

Over St. Clair County from east of Ashville down to Pell City.

Still others are over the Tennessee Valley from south of Decatur up to western Jackson County.
