The small cluster of heavy showers that developed over West Central Alabama earlier today is still there.

Only thing, the showers have spread out over a larger area.

At 10:30, the heavier showers were over SW Hale County and SE Greene County.

But showers lingered northward as far as Cottondale east of Tuscaloosa. Wallace Williams, 3340 Skywatcher for Cottondale reported 0.59. Nice showers continue near and east of Moundville.

Radar estimates showed over two inches earlier over the NW corner of Hale County.

The showers had also spread as far westward as North Sumter County and South Pickens County near Aliceville.
