The doppler radar signature from Houston/Galveston clearly shows the eye of Tropical Storm Humberto tonight. It was centered almost due south of Galveston. Movement is a bit wobbly, but for a time it was moving almost due east, but generally NE. We will have a word-for-word text on the 10:00 p.m. advisory a little later.
The northern eye wall has intensified and spiral bands on the east side of the tropical storm were circling northward toward the border of Texas and Louisiana near Beaumont.
