Tornado Warning continues for Tuscaloosa County. Not good news for Tuscaloosa…it appears an atmospheric gravity wave recently intersected this storm, possibly intensifying the rotation. This is a dangerous storm.
We also need to keep an eye on the storm developing in Winston County…it is near the cool air boundary left behind by the earlier storm this afternoon, which can enhance storm rotation.
