Check out this radar loop from Memphis Tuesday afternoon, which was brought to my attention by Dr. Kevin Knupp at UAH. It looks like the center of the low was just west of Memphis, with some type of waves rotating around the northwest side.
We also had some type of interesting wave move through Huntsville, right over our remote sensing instruments, Wednesday afternoon. We haven’t yet figured out what that one was!
