Line of thunderstorms from West Tennessee down across NE Mississippi into SW Mississippi continues moving east.
Line of storms (overall) not quite as strong. However, a few cells over Extreme NE Mississippi a bit stronger.
A few breaks in the line.
The leading edge was entering Extreme NW Alabama near Waterloo. NWS/Huntsville has issued a Special Weather Statement (Significant Weather Alert) for Lauderdale County until 10:15 pm. That is the northwestern most county in Alabama.
We don’t think a formal watch will be extended into Alabama. Never can say absolutely never.
