+ At 8:00 a.m., we have a report that it was snowing “like crazy” at Marion in Perry County and it has been that way since about 7:00 a.m. The snow is sticking fairly well and there is about 1/4 accumulation on cars. The flakes are big and very wet.
+ At Cuba, SW of Livingston on I-59/20, snow has accumulated to a depth of 2 inches and it was still snowing. This is just a few miles inside Alabama from the Mississippi border.
+ A lot of sleet reported 5 miles south of Hollis Crossroads or about 15 miles north of Wedowee in East Alabama.
