Late afternoon Alabama

Rain drapes a large part of Central Alabama late this afternoon.

In fact is it a wide area of rain, drizzle, fog and low clouds. Visibility is poor in some areas and the low clouds were topping or obscuring the ridges.

At 5:40 pm, most of the rain extended from Tuscaloosa, Jasper and Gadsden east to Georgia and south to about Montgomery.
