A small, but noisy, thunderstorm has formed over NE Jefferson County near Trussville. It was growing stronger.
Scroll down to an earlier post that will explain where a lot of the other strong storms are. However, we want to mention Tuscaloosa County where a thunderstorm was dumping very heavy rain. The wind has gusted to 42 mph in downtown Tuscaloosa at the skycam and 1/2 inch of rain fell in just a few minutes.
