A few isolated showers/storms now south and SW of Montgomery and also a few SW of Mobile. Others will be forming as the afternoon goes on.
SLIGHT RISK
The NWS/Storm Prediction Center has placed a good part of Alabama under a slight risk this afternoon and evening. Much of NE and East Central not included.
Draw a line roughly from Florence to Birmingham to Troy and area along and west of that line are included. The SPC does not anticipate that a watch will be needed.
