A fairly strong thunderstorm has moved into West/Central Alabama from East Mississippi. The storm was moving SE into West Alabama’s Sumter County. It may pass north of Livingston as it heads generally toward Demopolis.
A few showers also developing over Eastern Clay County and SW Randolph County in East/Central Alabama and some widely scattered showers over the south/central part of the state.
One of our readers, Melba Pierce, reports that clouds over Hanceville are building and look like they are brewing up a storm. We do show small showers just beginning to develop over the north edge of Walker County, the NW tip of Fayette County and another small one over North Jefferson County east of Morris.
