Certainly have some hints of a change in season on the maps. Look at these lows around the USA this morning. All are official reports. Try to forget those 90s we had in Alabama yesterday:
18 at Antero Reservoir, Colo., and Anaktuvuk Pass, Alaska
21 Jarvie Ranch, Utah
22 at Randolph, Utah, Merino, Colo., and Burns, Ore.
24 Walden, Jefferson and Leadville, Colo., Wolf Point, Mont.
25 Bryce Canyon, Utah
Famed Trail Ridge Road in Central Colorado was closed due to “adverse weather conditions.” (Translation: snow!)
5 inches of snow at Alta, Utah from this cold weather system
2 inches at Lander, Wyo., and Georgetown Lake, Colo.
