Clearly, the strongest thunderstorm remaining in Alabama at 9:30 was over Dallas County, SW of Selma. This has been a persistent storm and it was curving toward the SW moving toward the narrow extension of Perry County and then possibly into East Marengo County and North Wilcox.
Elsewhere a small but fairly strong thunderstorm has persisted over Sumter County, near Livingston with variable movement.
A small storm that persisted over North Tuscaloosa County finally moved down into the central part of the county and has greatly weakened.
Up in Extreme NE Alabama, a thunderstorm, small one, moved southward passing west of Chattanooga and then toward the SSW into Alabama’s Jackson County. It has finally almost dissipated over DeKalb County.
This may be our final update unless the storms decide to intensify again, which is doubtful.
