These brief notes:

OKLAHOMA CITY: High Sunday 31. Low this morning 25. During that time, 2.76 inches of rain. Of course all of that amount of rain did not freeze on impact but there are major icing problems in the area.

TULSA: High Sunday, low this morning 28 with 1.09 inches of rain.

Ice load has exceeded 1/2 inch on trees and power lines in many areas. News reports say as many as 130,000 with no power in the ice storm area. (not just Oklahoma) Some earlier reports indicated one-quarter million.
