A band of light rain and showers developed near a weak cool front pushing into Central Alabama this afternoon. Much of that is not reaching the ground.
The band extended from near Livingston on the west side of the state eastward to near Greensboro, Marion, Selma and to north of Montgomery. Could be a small area of moderate rain included near the Hale-Perry County line.
