The Severe Thunderstorm Warning for North Hale County expired and the strongest storms have moved over into North Greene County and the SW corner of Tuscaloosa County.

At 5:45, a rather disorganized line of thunderstorms extended from SW Cullman County down to near Tuscaloosa and into North Greene County and on into North Sumter County.

It is not a solid line by any description and overall, the thunderstorms were a bit weaker. The strongest storms appear to be over SW Cullman County near Bremen and Arkadelphia. That storm will be moving slowly toward Eastern Winston County as it crosses the NE arm of Smith Lake.

Up in NW Alabama, a fairly strong thunderstorm continued over Western Marion County west of Hamilton and moving generally along US-278.

Still enough lightning to go around. Watch it closely.
