Those showers over NW Alabama increased in number but most of them are light to moderate.
By far the heaviest one was along the Franklin-Lawrence County border moving east toward Moulton.
The shower that was moving east along U.S. 278 through Cullman County has weakened.
Lighter showers were over NW Alabama from Lamar County northward to Lauderdale and Colbert County.
