Nothing going on.

Quiet as a burglar at 9:30 am.

Nearest thunderstorms were near the west tip of Kentucky and a few separated ones in West Tennessee and the NW corner of Mississippi and NE Arkansas.

Main line of thunderstorms at 9:30 was across:

NW and West Arkansas
Near Shreveport
Into NE and East Texas

Last Tornado Warning was issued from NWS/Shreveport for several SW Arkansas Counties.

No tornadoes reported so far today.

Two late Sunday tornadoes, one over NW Oklahoma and the other in the south edge of Kansas. The reports did not mention damage.

One report Sunday of hail 4-1/4 inches in diameter. That will get your windshield, dent your car and scare you to death.

Back home in Alabama, dew points were in the 50s all across the state at 9 o’clock except 48 in Fort Payne. Temperatures were well into the 60s with brisk southerly winds.

Still no change in our timing estimates. Looks like a late night event, mostly after midnight and even toward daybreak over in the extreme eastern counties.
