It is a raw, windy, cold, wet night across Alabama. Sometimes I wish we could develop a “Misery Index” to describe how uncomfortable the weather is. On a scale of 1 to 10 with the 10 being the most uncomfortable, I wouid say we had a MI (Misery Index) of of 8 at midnight.
The wind and rain will cut right through you.
At midnight, it was raining in every nook and corner of Alabama and much of the rain was heavy.
