Rain has spread into much of North Alabama from the west. At 11 am, almost all of the rain was north of the Vernon-Fayette-Birmingham-Anniston line.
Movement was due eastward.
While much or most of the rain was light, some moderate rain was occurring over part of NW Alabama in places like Lawrence and Winston County
Temperatures were in the cool 50s in the rain area but in the 60s and 70s down south.
Little or no lightening in Alabama but some was occurring over Extreme NW Mississippi.
