A few widely scattered light showers over the north. Very little rain being realized from those.
However, quite a few showers and thunderstorms were spreading northward from the North Gulf of Mexico into SW Alabama, Coastal Mississippi and South Louisiana.
Still others were moving eastward from Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be increasing in Alabama overnight. There is a good chance of showers and thunderstorms Tuesday–probably our best chance in quite some time.
