…for Blount County is expiring…storm is east of Locust Fork…heading toward Allgood and Oneonta…not 7:30 p.m.
Severe thunderstorm warning continues for Blount and western Etowah Counties.
The storm that prompted the tornado warning in Tuscaloosa County is now over western Jefferson County…but it is much weaker. It looks like it might be hooking up with the line segment over Walker County.
The band of storms is expected to slow down and stop overnight as the front runs out of upper level support. This means that heavy rain could result overnight. Flooding could be possible.
