They have persisted a long time over West and SW Jefferson County.
Not moving much. Just slowly toward the SW
Surely some folks have received over an inch of rain.
At 11 am, the heaviest showers were near and west of where Interstate 459 rejoins I-59/20 in the SW part of the county. Including areas near and west of Bent Brook Golf Course, McAdory High School, etc. Thed showers extend west of there to the Tuscaloosa County line.
