NWS/Birmingham has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for SE Hale and NW Perry Counties in West-Central Alabama until 6:45.
This includes the cities of Marion and Greensboro.
The Severe Thunderstorm was 7 miles SE of Greensboro and moving east at 25. It should be near Marion by around 6:25 p.m.
The Marengo County EMA reported wind damage at 5:47 this afternoon. Several trees and power lines were down from Linden to 5 miles east of Linden. Dime-size hail was also reported.
