Thanks to Leigh Ana Amerson for this video. She writes…

“A friend that lives in Arizona sent me a home video of a recent hail storm that was unlike anything I had ever seen. The email message accompanying the video said: This was taken Tuesday, Oct. 5th around 59th Ave. & Cactus, in Phoenix, AZ. This hail storm happened the night before there were tornadoes, very early in the morning, in and near Flagstaff, AZ, 80 miles NE of Prescott. One tornado in Bellemont, west of Flagstaff damaged more than 30 homes, most now unlivable, blew semis off I-40, and some of the cars on a moving freight train, off the tracks.

Fortunately no one was injured or killed. Flagstaff is over 7000 ft in elevation. Tornadoes are rare in AZ to begin with…………in Flagstaff, unheard of, until now.”

**Note… this is NOT the swimming pool hail video from Oklahoma from May of this year**
