Tornado warning remains in effect 515 p.m. for NE Pickens and Central Tuscaloosa. Golfball sized hail at Taylorsville in Tuscaloosa County. Radar shows large hail near Samantha northwest of the city of Tuscaloosa.
A tornado watch is in effect until 8 p.m. for the western half of Alabama.
