Temperatures have dropped into the middle and upper 20s, and black ice is forming in a few spots on some roads. The off-ramp from I-65 Northbound to Valleydale Road in Hoover has some spotty ice on it.
Bottom line: If the road looks wet, treat it like it is ice!
