Rain finally dissipated over NE Alabama very late. Light rain was still reported at Piedmont as late as 11 pm.
Most of the evening heavier rain was north of Anniston, however the airport got an additional 0.01 up until 1 am
This brought the total for Anniston yesterday to 0.97. almost an inch!
They had been missing the good rain amounts lately.
Another good chance of getting rain today…
