Breakfast is barely over and already we see some showers in West Alabama early this morning.
At 8 am, there were several showers over North Marengo County in West Central Alabama just south of Demopolis.
Moving toward the NNW and headed toward SW Hale County and South Greene County and maybe the east tip of Sumter County.
They were small in size but light to moderate in intensity.
The overall weather pattern is beginning to change somewhat. This will permit our out-of-control thermometers to back off a few degrees as the week goes on. Also an increase in the number of showers and thunderstorms.
