The Storm Prediction Center, in their updated outlook, now includes almost all of Alabama in a “Slight Risk” area for severe weather in the next 24 hours.
Only the Extreme South very close to the Florida border is not included as well as the Mobile area.
* The Severe Thunderstorm Warning continues for Walker County until at least 8:30. That big cluster of thunderstorms is moving in such a way that we may have some problems with it in Jefferson County later–especially North Jefferson.
