The NWS has issued a flash flood warning for northwestern Calhoun and extreme southeastern Etowah Counties in Northeast Alabama.
It includes Ohatchee.
A strong storm with torrential rain from Ragland to near Ohatchee…actually nearly stationary…but building back to the southwest along the Coosa River toward Riverside.
One hour rainfall rates in excess of 2.5 inches have occurred just northeast of Ohatchee.
