Heavy rains across Jefferson and Shelby Counties have prompted the NWS to issue a Flash Flood Warning for both counties. 10:45 is the valid time for Jefferson and until 11 for Shelby.

…one from western Jefferson County in the Midfield/Ensley areas over to Talladega and Clay Counties
…another from the Brookwood area in Tuscaloosa County through southern Shelby County
…another from Bibb through Chilton Counties.
Radar indications of 1.5-4.5 inches of rain across Shelby and Jefferson Counties.
