Hail to the size of golf balls is likely with the storm set to move into Marion and Franklin Counties. Look for a severe thunderstorm warning to be issued.
The core of the storm will be crossing the Alabama border around 1:40 a.m.
The core will affect Bexar over to just west of Hamilton.
Driving will be very dangerous on I-22 between the MS border and Exit 11.
The storm will then affect areas near and east of Shottsville before it moves into Franklin County.
Concerned also about development east and southeast of Jackson. This activity will push into Alabama after 3 a.m. New severe thunderstorm warning south of Meridian.
