Thanks to Thomas Blanton for these images from the Meridian Naval Air Station taken earlier this evening. He writes:
“Big fan of the site even though I’m a little far away. I work in the weather office at NAS Meridian, MS and thought you might want to see some (albeit unimpressive) hail pictures. One of our forecasters took this picture at our base housing about 45 minutes ago. It’s about 4-5 miles away from the airfield and we didn’t even get a drop of rain! Gotta love it.
