“You boys in Bama and Fla can have all the water you want. We live on
the high side of Woodland Brook, so we had no flood damage, but 1.5
miles down Woodland Brook were it connects with Paces Ferry in Vinings
was a mess. Taylor Smith, former Falcon’s Owner, lives on the river in
new construction on 7 foot footings. He said the Chattahoochie rose 9
feet between 2PM and 6PM on Monday and the water was 5 feet up on their
walls….he does have flood insurance.”
