**No Weather Xtreme video this morning**

I am on the road this morning, and won’t be able to produce a video…

After a review of weather data this morning… I don’t see much reason to change our snow accumulation forecast for today…

We are not as aggressive as the NWS; they are still projecting 2 to 4 inches of snow for the I-20 corridor. And, we note they have expanded the winter storm warning to include the Gadsden area.

One way or another, the heaviest snow will be over the southern half of the state, where many communities have a chance of getting their largest snow event on record.

With the event in progress, I will pretty much defer to J.B. and Bill for nowcasts throughout the day.

I am becoming a little more concerned about Sunday night with the Clipper system; let’s address that one a little later today. Have to get back on the road… see the StormChaser live stream for my video. I will be in the Montgomery area for a while this morning.

This will be a very interesting day for weather geeks. Stay tuned…
