SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING
NWS/Birmingham has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for South Dallas County in Central Alabama until 5:15. It was because of a strong thunderstorm, indicated to be severe by radar, located near Carlowville or 13 miles east of Camden and moving NE at 30. This storm may have damaging winds in excess of 60 mph and nickel-size hail.

BIG STORMS AROUND MERIDIAN
We are watching those closely because they are close to the Alabama border. Big time downpours with that storm and the NWS/Jackson has issued a Flash Flood Warning for the Meridian area. All of the storms are moving NE.
