Things are quiet over Central Alabama tonight.
To the west, strongest storms continue near the Mississippi River.
Over Central Mississippi, there are showers developing. It looks like these will have the potential to grow as they head into a very favorable upper air pattern.
Any storms that get into Alabama will have the potential to become severe and even tornadic.
