Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms were limited to about the south half of Alabama late this afternoon.
Overall, they were not as numerous and not as strong. One of the strongest ones was over SE Alabama east and SE of Troy.
At 4:50 pm, there was a developing shower or possible thunderstorm near Centreville/Brent in Bibb County. That was one of the northernmost showers in progress.
Everything moving generally toward the NE.
