The line of showers and some thunderstorms ahead of a cold front continues to move SE through North and NW Alabama.
Around 11:30 am, the line extended from near Vernon to Hamilton to Moulton to near Decatur.
Not a great deal of lightning. Strongest storm seemed to be just over in Mississippi west of Alabama’s Lamar County.
Well ahead of the line, scattered stronger storms developed over East Central Alabama. Strongest storms were along the Talladega-Clay County line, especially SW of the Oxford/Anniston area and eastward into Randolph County.
Everything moving eastward.
