Thisimage of the ash plume from the volcano in Iceland was taken today. However, scientists are predicting that the eruption phase may be ending, and lava flows may start. This cloud is still causing major problems aviation in Europe, and if enough ash is emitted, could cool the weather over parts of the Northern Hemisphere.
