Amateur radio reports FLASH FLOOD at 05:05 PM CDT — *** 1 fatal *** five year old boy drowned in a drainage ditch on the corner of Sigler Lane and Highway 51 in Millington.
Please, please make sure you stress to your children the incredible danger of playing near drainage ditches.
