Scattered light rain continues mainly across Central Alabama.
Noon reports show light rain and a chilly 43 degrees at Anniston, Birmingham and Shelby County Airports.
Tuscaloosa Airport has 48 and light rain and Coker, west of Tuscaloosa, 50 with light rain.
Interesting to note that comments posted on the 3340 blog mention five minutes of light sleet in Homewood and about 10 minutes of sleet in Irondale at midday.
