Only action in the state was about as far south as you can go before getting into the Gulf of Mexico.

A trained storm spotter reported a tornado over the west end of Dauphin Island just before 10 am moving slowly NE at only 5 mph.

NWS issued a Tornado Warning for Extreme South Central Mobile County but the warning expired at 10:15.

They reissued it at 10:17 am and that warning goes until 10:45. The spotter continued to report a funnel cloud over the Mississippi Sound moving NE toward Heron Bay and Alabama Port.
