But I wanted to talk about rain entirely. How in the world can you put a pricetag on what has happened in Florida and SE Georgia in the last 24 to 48 hours? It would be an enormous dollar advantage. I am no forestry expert, but I have a hunch that almost all of the forest fires have been put to death by the drenching from Mr. Barry. There may be all kinds of street parties underway down there.
These rain amounts are for the last two days, but most of them just in the last 24 hours. These totals are probably the best news in a year.
