High in Pensacola this afternoon was a very hot 102 degrees. It was 101 at 4 pm just before a thunderstorm rolled in from the north.
At 7 this evening it was 78 with a thunderstorm still in progress and with moderate rain.
They got 1.11 inches of rain in only one hour between 6 and 7 pm. Total from the storm late this afternoon was 1.49 inches!
